SARAH SHORT
My name is Sarah. I'm the volunteer coordinator, humane educator, adoption counselor, and animal care supervisor. I've been with the shelter since May of 2006; but even before May, I was a regular volunteer. I graduated from Keene State College in 2004 with a Bachelor's degree in Sociology, but I am originally from Wolfeboro. I enjoy snowboarding, ATV rides, and spending time with my husband and two labs.

LINDA WARNER
My name is Linda Warner, originally from New Jersey; I spent my summers on Lake Winnipesaukee. I moved to Colorado in 1986 and attended USC in Pueblo, Colorado. From there I moved to southern Colorado and began working as a veterinary technician in a practice for both large and small animals. I have been working as a veterinary technician for 16 years. I decided to move back to NH to be closer to my mom and dad who still have a house on the lake. My husband and I traveled here with our 4 dogs and 2 horses and bought a house in Tuftonboro. Animals have always been my passion; working in a shelter gives me the opportunity to help the truly homeless animals.

ANDREA HUBBARD
Hi, my name is Andrea Hubbard and I am the Administrative Coordinator at LRHS. This basically means that I answer telephones, do paperwork and adoption files, and keep the office portion of the shelter organized -- a "Jill of all trades." I am married to Jim and have a son, Ethan, who is a student at Kingswood Regional High School. After hours, I enjoy gardening, cooking, all types of crafts, and camping with my family. I have a three-legged cat named Ringo and a 15-year old golden/chow dog named Sid.

MORGAN HAAG
Hello! My name is Morgan and I am one of the more recent additions to the LRHS team. After attending Baylor University (in Waco, Texas for forensic science and anthropology) and the Atlantic Culinary Academy (in Dover, New Hampshire for culinary arts) I moved to the Virgin Islands to serve as the executive pastry chef at a resort. Deciding that fall colors and snow were more my home than the sand and palms, I returned to NH. I now attend Northeastern University as a full time student, earning my degree in Human Services. Here at the shelter, I serve as the feline supervisor and general animal care technician. I enjoy this job more than any I have held thus far and am excited about the difference we are making for the animals and in our community.

ETHAN FROST
Hi, my name is Ethan Frost and I primarily work with the dogs at the shelter, my official position is the canine supervisor. I am now working full time, since I have finished my schooling at Kingswood Regional High School. I like to go four-wheeling and dirt biking with friends. Recently, I joined the Ossipee Corner Fire Department. Also, I adopted a kitten from the shelter, his name is Phoenix.

COLLEEN GISBSON
My name is Colleen. I am pleased to be an employee here at the shelter. I have always had a special place in my heart for all kinds of animals. I share my home with four busy dogs! I also have a beautiful horse named Blaze (pictured with me). My days and nights are spent with animals (and I wouldn't want it any other way). I find sharing my love with animals to be rewarding. I could not think of a better job that would make me this happy.
